The thirty-minute drive went by quickly as I munched carrots and recuperated from the exercise I had been hearing about for what seems like at least three years. Following a quick dinner and chat with my husband, I was off to Pilates where I held my own in the forty-five minute class of stretching, flexing, pulling. While I feel pretty good right now, even like I could go for a walk if it wasn't already heavy blue-gray twilight, I might be a bit sore in the morning. Here's to trying new things and being proud of our efforts.
